Robert, I wanted to take the time to explain to you and all your tenants how our pest control service works.
1) We come to the building every week and treat all common areas of the building. We do this every week because of the exposure to the outside and heavy traffic it sees.
2) We treat every unit in the building once every 2 months. The reason we do this instead of every month is because the chemicals we use last for three months and do not require respraying on a monthly basis.
3) We do directional application of chemicals rather than broadcasting chemicals everywhere. We find this to be more effective in controlling pests. The pest take the chemical back to their nest and feed all the other pests in the wall voids. This takes care of the whole nest. The old fashion way of doing pest control is laying down a contact spray. The pest has to cross over the spray in order to get pesticide on it. Best case scenario is one bug gets killed. You can see why our why is much more effective.
4) We provide weekly call backs for any tenant that is having a major pest control issue. Ali you need to do is let the management office know prior to our service and we will repeat service that week.
5) Remember personal cleanliness is a key to good pest control. Please keep your personal space clean and free of garbage.
